领导风格特别是变革型领导作用机制的研究目前是国内外研究的一个热点,领导风格与领导有效性之间存在中介变量的观点得到了一致认可。心理契约是企业与员工双方对于各自所承担的义务以及对方应负责任的主观心理约定,是影响员工行为和态度的重要因素。领导风格会对员工工作态度产生影响,心理契约在其中起到了重要的中介作用。 |

Researchers spend great efforts in studying leadership style nowadays, especially the mechanism of how transformational leadership takes effect.The sense which thinks that there are mediators between leadership style and leadership effectiveness has been unanimously approved by many people.The psychological contract is a subjective psychological agreement of responsibility and compulsory between employee and organization, which affects employee's work behaviors and attitudes.Leadership style can have an influence on employee's work attitudes, in which the psychological contract holds a media relation toward leadership styles and employee attitudes. |
