| 目的 探讨肝豆状核变性患者心理一致感,社会支持与自我管理行为的关系。方法 采用心理一致感量表(Sense of Coherence-13Scale,SOC-13)、社会支持量表(Social Support Rating Scale,SSRS)、慢性病自我管理测量表(Chronic Disease Self-Management Study Measures,CDSMS)对安徽省某三级甲等医院256例肝豆状核变性患者进行调查。结果 肝豆状核变性患者的心理一致感总分为(59.91±13.10)分,SSRS总分为(36.25±7.22)分,CDSMS总分为 (78.26±21.66)分,肝豆状核变性患者心理一致感、自我管理行为、社会支持之间均有相关性(P<0.05)。结构方程模型显示,社会支持对自我管理行为有正向直接作用,心理一致感对自我管理行为有直接正向作用,心理一致感在社会支持与自我管理行为之间存在显著中介效应。结论 实现肝豆状核变性患者的自我管理目标需要多重因素的共同作用,有效利用社会资源,减少对疾病的负性感知,并提升心理一致感程度,进而提高患者的自身管理水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between sense of coherence,social support and self-management in patients with Wilson's disease.Methods Sense of Coherence-13 Scale (SOC-13),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and Chronic Disease Self-management Study Measures (CDSMS) were used to investigate 256 patients with Wilson's Disease in a third grade hospital in Anhui Province.Results The total score of sense of coherence,SSRS and CDSMS was (59.91±13.10)(36.25±7.22) and (78.26±21.66),respectively.There were correlations among sense of coherence,self-management and social support in Wilson's disease patients (P<0.05).The structural equation model showed that social support had a direct positive effect on self-management,and sense of coherence had a direct positive effect on self-management,and sense of coherence had a significant mediating effect between social support and self-management.Conclusion To achieve the goal of self-management in patients with Wilson's disease,it is necessary to make effective use of social resources,reduce negative awareness of the disease,and improve the degree of sense of coherence,so as to improve the level of self-management of patients. |
