| 目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB) 联合2%酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑糠疹的临床疗效。方法 120例花斑糠疹患者随机分为3组,A组:单纯使用2%酮康唑洗剂外洗治疗,每日1次;B组:NB-UVB照射治疗,隔日照射1次;C组:NB-UVB与2%酮康唑洗剂联合治疗,方法分别与A组、B组相同。治疗后4周观察3组患者皮疹消退的时间及真菌学检查结果并总结疗效。结果 A组皮损消退的时间为(18.56±2.25)d,有效率72.5%;B组患者照射次数为(6.28土1.37)次,累积照射剂量为(3619±697) mJ／cm2 ,皮损消退的时间为(10.32±2.19)d,有效率77.5%;C组患者照射次数为(3.77土1.52)次,累积照射剂量为(2152±889) mJ／cm2,皮损消退的时间为(6.46±2.14)d,有效率97.5%;C组皮损消退时间及有效率明显高于A组和B组(P < 0.05)。结论 NB-UVB联合2%酮康唑洗剂治疗花斑糠疹具有起效快、疗效高等优点,值得临床推广、应用。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy of narrow-band ultraviolet B and 2% ketoconazole lotions for Pityriasis versicolor.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with Pityriasis versicolor were involved in this study.They were randomly divided into three groups and treated by different therapies,respectively.Group A (40 patients) was only treated with 2% ketoconazole lotions,Group B (40 patients) only with narrow-band ultraviolet B,Group C (40 patients) with the combined therapy of narrow-band ultraviolet B and 2% ketoconazole lotions.The average deflorescence duration and the result of mycology examination were analyzed.Results The average deflorescence duration was 18.56±2.25 days,10.32±2.19 days and 6.46±2.14 days in Group A,B and C,respectively.The effective rate was 72.5%,77.5% and 97.5% in Group A,B and C,respectively.The results of group comparison showed that there were significant difference between Group C and Group A,Group C and Group B (all P values < 0.01).Conclusion The combined therapy of narrow-band ultraviolet B and 2% ketoconazole lotions is optimal choice for the Pityriasis versicolor.It shortens the deflorescence duration significantly,and elevates the cure rate and effective rate highly. |
