| 目的 用高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中咖啡因和对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法 采用迪玛C18色谱柱,流动相为水-甲醇(60:40),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长273nm,进样量20μl,柱温为室温。结果 咖啡因和对乙酰氨基酚与杂质分离效果较好。咖啡因在0.0151~0.0755mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为99.7%, RSD为0.65%;对乙酰氨基酚在0.2499~1.2495mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率99.7%, RSD为1.6%。结论 该方法简便、准确,是测定复方氨酚烷胺胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚与咖啡因含量的一种好的方法,可作为该药的质量控制标准。 |

| Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatograph method for determination of caffeine and paracetamol in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules.Methods Inertsil C18 column was used with a mobile phase composed of water-methanol(60:40) at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was 273nm and injection volume was 20μl.The temperature of column was room temperature.Results The calibration curve of caffeine was linear in the range of 0.0151~0.0755 mg/ml, r=0.9996, and paracetamol was linear in the range of 0.2499~1.2495 mg/ml, r=0.9995.The average recovery rate of caffeine was 99.7% with RSD0.65%(n=6) and paracetamol was 99.7% with RSD1.6%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used for determination of paracetamol and caffeine in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride capsules. |
