| 加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）是近年来发展起来的优化围手术期管理的理念，主要在成人外科领域中应用，其在小儿外科领域的研究较为少见。本文综述了国内外关于ERAS在儿童围手术期的应用现状，从术前、术中、术后三个方面对能够加速患儿术后康复的围手术期举措进行归纳总结，探讨ERAS理念在儿童围手术期应用的可行性及安全性，也旨在为ERAS在儿童围手术期中的进一步研究提供理论基础。 |

| Enhanced Recovery after surgery (ERAS) is a concept developed in recent years to optimize perioperative management, which is mainly applied in the field of adult surgery, while its research in pediatric surgery is relatively rare. This paper reviews the current situation of the application of ERAS in children's perioperative period at home and abroad, summarizes the perioperative measures that can accelerate children's postoperative rehabilitation from the three aspects of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, discusses the feasibility and safety of the application of ERAS in children's perioperative period, and aims to provide a theoretical basis for further studies of ERAS in children's perioperative period. |
