| 目的 了解骨质疏松性骨折患者健康行为现状，分析骨质疏松健康行为级家庭参与相关影响因素；方法 以2021年9月至2022年1月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院、合肥市第二人民医院、901医院收治的骨质疏松性骨折住院病人采用自制结构化问卷进行调查。问卷主要包括患者的基本资料、健康行为特征、家庭参与等。采用多元回归方法进行统计学处理，P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。 结果 多元回归分析显示，家庭参与得分高是吃钙片、吃维生素D、不吃剩菜、运动锻炼等11项骨质疏松健康行为的保护因素；女性是喝牛奶及吃奶制品、吃维生素D等7项骨质疏松一般行为的保护因素；患慢性病是喝牛奶及吃奶制品、每天醒来时不锻炼了全身的关节等9项骨质疏松一般行为的保护因素。结论 骨质疏松性骨折患者健康行为水平总体较低，家庭参与健康管理度较低，骨质疏松的健康管理需要多方面的共同努力。 |

| 【Abstract】：Objective To understand the status of health behavior in patients with osteoporotic fracture and analyze the influencing factors of family participation in osteoporosis health behavior level.Methods From September 2021 to January 2022, the inpatients with osteoporotic fracture in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, the Second People's Hospital of Hefei and 901 Hospital were investigated by self-made structured questionnaire.The questionnaire mainly included patients' basic information, health behavior characteristics, family participation and so on.Multiple regression method was used for statistical processing, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Multiple regression showed that high score of family participation was a protective factor for 11 healthy behaviors of osteoporosis, such as taking calcium tablets, taking vitamin D, not eating leftovers and exercising.Women are protective factors for seven common behaviors of osteoporosis, including drinking milk and dairy products and taking vitamin D.Chronic disease is a protective factor for nine common behaviors of osteoporosis, such as drinking milk and dairy products and not exercising the joints of the body when waking up.Conclusion The health behavior level of patients with osteoporotic fracture is low in general, and the family participation in health management is low. The health management of osteoporosis needs joint efforts of many aspects. |
