| 非典型类癌罕见于喉部、会厌，是一组症状非特异性、临床诊断和预后不确定的疾病[1]。神经内分泌癌主要发生于肺和胃肠道，类癌来源于肠壁中的原始干细胞，但也可在其他器官中发现，如喉，肝，肺，肾，卵巢，胸，支气管等[2]。它可以转移到骨骼、远处淋巴结、肺、纵隔和肝脏。甚至有喉非典型类癌皮肤和皮下转移的报道[3]。诊断主要依靠活检、免疫组织化学及电子显微镜。喉部神经内分泌癌仅占喉部肿瘤的0.6%[4]。喉神经内分泌癌（NECS）是一种罕见的肿瘤（占喉肿瘤的1%以下），主要发生在声门上喉部。有三种亚型：典型类癌、非典型类癌和小细胞非典型类癌[5][6]。较多类癌生长较慢，而具有侵袭性。以我科近期收治的一例会厌非典型类癌的治疗和预后来展开讨论。 |

| Atypical carcinoid is rare in the throat and epiglottis. It is a group of diseases with nonspecific symptoms, uncertain clinical diagnosis and prognosis [1]. Neuroendocrine carcinoma mainly occurs in the lung and gastrointestinal tract. Carcinoid originates from primitive stem cells in the intestinal wall, but it can also be found in other organs, such as the throat, liver, lung, kidney, ovary, chest, bronchus, etc. [2]. It can metastasize to bones, distant lymph nodes, lungs, mediastinum and liver. There are even reports of atypical cutaneous and subcutaneous metastasis of laryngeal carcinoid [3]. The diagnosis mainly depends on biopsy, immunohistochemistry and electron microscope. Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma accounts for only 0.6% of laryngeal tumors [4]. Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma (NECS) is a rare tumor (accounting for less than 1% of laryngeal tumors), which mainly occurs in the supraglottic larynx. There are three subtypes: typical carcinoid, atypical carcinoid and small cell atypical carcinoid [5][6]. Many carcinoids grow slowly and are invasive. The treatment and prognosis of a recent case of epiglottic atypical carcinoid in our department are discussed later. |
