Abstract: Objective To analyze the current situation and shortcomings of humanistic care training model for clinical nursing students in China, and to provide reference for future related research.?Methods The database was retrieved from CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP and CBM by bibliometrics until October 17, 2021.?The title, author, publication year, province, journal source, financial support, citation frequency, research type, cultivation method and evaluation method of all literatures were statistically analyzed.?Results A total of 178 articles were included in 92 journals, distributed in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).?Hubei, Jiangsu and Shanghai are the most published areas , with literature cooperation degree of 2.64, co-author rate of 91.01%, fund funding rate of 22.47%, citation frequency of 981 times, citation rate of 72.47%.?There were 99 experimental studies, 35 quasi-experimental studies and 44 non-experimental studies.?There are various cultivation ways of humanistic care for nursing students, and there is lack of unified cultivation standards.?The assessment form is single, and the assessment method needs to be optimized.?Conclusion Humanistic care training of nursing students has been paid more and more attention in clinical nursing teaching, and the number of related studies has gradually increased, but problems such as overall low literature quality, uneven distribution, low funding rate still exists. Besides, the research design is not rigorous, and the training standards problems such as ununified evaluation and unitary assessment methods need to be solved. |
