目的 探究临床护士感知谦卑型领导水平、创新自我效能感与工作重塑现状并分析其相互作用机制。方法:采用便利抽样的方法于2021年4~8月选择内蒙古自治区及新疆自治区5所三甲医院的护士为研究对象,使用一般资料调查表、谦卑型领导量表、创新自我效能感量表及工作重塑量表进行问卷调查,采用SPSS22.0及AMOS26.0对数据进行分析。结果:护士感知谦卑型领导得分为35.54±8.88分,创新自我效能感得分为29.04±6.60分,工作重塑得分为71.16±13.53分。护士感知谦卑型领导与创新自我效能感及工作重塑、创新自我效能感与工作重塑得分均呈正相关(r=0.375、0.402、0.783,均P<0.01),创新自我效能感在护士感知谦卑型领导与工作重塑之间起部分中介效应,效应值为0.65(95%CI:0.472~0.826,P<0.01)。结论:应注重培养护理领导者谦卑型领导风格,以期提高下属护士的创新自我效能感与工作重塑水平。 |

Objective Explore the status quo of clinical nurses’ perception of humble leadership, creative self-efficacy, and job remodeling, and analyze their interaction mechanisms. Methods: Convenience sampling was used to select nurses from 5 tertiary hospitals in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang Autonomous Region from April to August 2021 as the research subjects, using general information questionnaire, humble leadership scale, creative self-efficacy scale and job crafting scale to conduct a questionnaire survey.Use SPSS22.0 and AMOS26.0 to analyze the data. Results: The nurses" perceived humble leadership score was 35.54±8.88 points, the creative self-efficacy score was 29.04±6.60 points, and the job crafting score was 71.16±13.53 points. Nurses’ perception of humble leadership was positively correlated with creative self-efficacy and job crafting, and scores of creative self-efficacy and job crafting were positively correlated (r=0.375, 0.402, 0.783, all P<0.01), and creative self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating effect between nurses’ perception of humble leadership and job remodeling , The effect value is 0.65 (95%CI: 0.472~0.826, P<0.01). Conclusion: It is necessary to focus on cultivating the humble leadership style of nursing leaders in order to improve the creative self-efficacy and job remodeling level of the subordinate nurses. |
