| 目的 分析l例合并髂外动脉狭窄的髂外动脉瘤患者的诊治过程并结合文献复习，探讨髂外动脉瘤的临床特征及诊治思路。方法 回顾性分析2021年1月收治的1例合并髂外动脉狭窄的髂外动脉瘤的诊断及治疗过程，并复习相关文献。结果 该患者确诊为髂外动脉瘤，同时合并髂外动脉狭窄，治疗上选择血管腔内技术，取得了良好的临床受益。结论 对于髂外动脉瘤合并髂动脉狭窄的患者，血管腔内治疗是一种微创、经济有效的治疗方法，值得推广。 |

| Objective To analyze the diagnosis and treatment of l patients with external iliac aneurysm complicated with external iliac artery stenosis, and to discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment ideas of external iliac aneurysm based on literature review. Methods A case of external iliac aneurysm with external iliac artery stenosis admitted to our hospital in January 2021 was retrospectively analyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed. Results The patient was diagnosed as external iliac aneurysm with external iliac artery stenosis. Endovascular technique was selected for treatment, and good clinical benefits were achieved. Conclusion Endovascular therapy is a minimally invasive and cost-effective method for patients with external iliac aneurysm complicated with iliac artery stenosis, which is worthy of promotion. |
