| 目的 通过近十年临床研究文献,分析肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)的针灸特点与规律,为临床应用针灸治疗IBS提供科学数据。方法 检索2011年1月-2020年12月中国常用数据库中收录的针灸治疗IBS临床研究文献,将其分型、针灸方法、疗程、留针时间、随访等信息输入Excel表格,将针灸处方等资料录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),采用数据挖掘的方法,分析针灸治疗IBS的诊治特点与选穴组方规律。结果 共筛选纳入125篇文献,涉及66个腧穴,针灸治疗IBS应用频次居于前五位的腧穴是天枢、足三里、上巨虚、太冲、三阴交,以足阳明胃经、任脉、足太阳膀胱经腧穴为主。结论 针灸治疗IBS有较好的临床疗效；通过系统分析得到的腧穴配伍规律和核心处方可为临床治疗IBS提供参考。 |

| Objective: To analyze the characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) through clinical research literature in the last 10 years , and provide scientific data for the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of IBS. Method: The clinical research literature of acupuncture and moxibustion on IBS is collected from commonly used databases between 2011 and 2020, then introduce its classification, acupuncture and moxibustion methods, course of treatment, time of retaining needle and follow-up and other information into Microsoft Excel, and then acupuncture prescription and other data were entered into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform (V2.5), adopting the data mining method to analyze characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion and the law of acupoint compatibility in the treatment of IBS. Results: A total of 125 literatures were selected and included, involving 66 acupoints, and the acupoints with the highest frequency were Tianshu, Zusanli, Shangjuxu, Taichong, Sanyinjiao. The acupoints in Stomach Meridian of Foot-yangming、Ren Meridian、Bladder Meridian of Foot-taiyang were used mostly often. Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion has a good clinical effect on IBS. The compatibility rule and core prescription of acupoints based on systematic analysis can provide reference for clinical treatment of IBS. |
