| Lipid, as the basic component of cell membrane, plays an important role in human health and brain function. It is closely related to the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease. It is very important to understand the relationship between lipid and Alzheimer's disease, and to find biomarkers for intervention and treatment. This article will systematically summarize the research progress of lipid metabolism and the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease, and provide scientific basis for the study of the etiology and mechanism of Alzheimer's disease. |
