      目的:了解山东省居民在新冠疫情期间的体育锻炼情况和心理健康水平,并探讨体育锻炼对疫情期间心理健康的影响。方法:应用自编的《新冠疫情期间体育锻炼与心理健康》调查问卷,对普通居民进行调查,并分析它们之间互相影响的关系。结果:疫情对居民的心理有一定程度的影响,49.0%的居民睡眠质量非常差和比较差,28.4%的感觉精神压力比较大和非常大。疫情期间,居民体育锻炼频率显著增加,体育锻炼持续时间和强度显著降低,体育人口大幅减少。居民的体育锻炼意识提高,对体育锻炼的强身健体、减缓压力功能更为认可,具有鲜明的优势需要转移特点。体育锻炼与多数心理指标显著相关,是否进行体育锻炼与睡眠质量显著正相关(P<0.01),与精神压力、紧张害怕呈显著负相关(r=-0.180,P<0.05、r=-0.142,P<0.01、r=-0.077,P>0.05)。结论:适宜的体育锻炼可以促进心理健康,降低不良情绪,减轻压力,有效改善心理问题。
英文摘要:
      Objective This paper explores physical training and mental health of residents and research the influence between physical training and mental health during the COVID-19 epidemic. Methods The physical exercise and mental health during the COVID-19 are applied to investigate the relationship. Results Novel coronavirus pneumonia produces serious influence for individual’s mental health, because 49percent citizens express that quality sleep is hardly for themselves, and 28.4percent citizens feel stress seriously. During this period, the rate that citizens get physical training has increased obviously, but the time and strength of physical training has declined, and the sports population has decreased greatly. People’s awareness of physical exercise has been improved, and the function of physical exercise to strength body and reduce pressure has been more recognized ,which has distinct features of advantages need to be transferred. Physical training is significantly related to many psychological indicators such as: a significant positive relationship between physical training and sleeping quality.(P<0.01), a significant negative relationship between spirit stress and physical training(r=-0.180,P<0.05 r=-0.142,P<0.01 r=-0.077,P>0.05). Conclusion Getting physical exercise seems a key in promoting mental health, decreasing negative emotion, releasing stress and solving the mental problems obviously.
