      线粒体非典型功能包括调节细胞凋亡、产生自由基和氧化剂、调控钙离子缓冲等,对这些功能的研究有助于深入了解线粒体。神经系统生理活动高度依赖线粒体代谢供能,因此维持线粒体结构和功能完整性对神经系统活动极为重要。近年来随着对线粒体病研究与认知的深入,发现除了ATP合成障碍以外,线粒体一些非典型的功能障碍也与神经系统疾病关系密切。我们对以往的研究进行回顾总结、系统阐述,浅析二者之间相互关系。本文将对线粒体非典型功能障碍与神经系统疾病相关研究进展作一综述。
英文摘要:
      The atypical functions of Mitochondria include regulating apoptosis, producing free radicals and oxidants, regulating calcium buffering and so on. To study the above of functions is helpful to further understand Mitochondria. The physiological activity of the nervous system is highly dependent on Mitochondrial energy supply, therefore, maintaining the structural and functional integrity of Mitochondria develop a key role in the activity of nervous system. Recent years, with the in-depth study of Mitochondrial diseases, it has been found that in addition to ATP synthesis disorders,some Mitochondrial atypical dysfunction are also closely related to nervous system diseases. Reviewing and summarizing the previous research, we desire to elaborate and analyze the relationship between Mitochondrial and Nervous system disease. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between Mitochondrial atypical dysfunction and nervous system diseases.
