      目的 探讨ICU护士工作生活质量的影响因素,分析工作疲溃感和心理弹性与ICU护士工作生活质量的相关性。方法 采用便利抽样法,应用一般资料问卷、工作相关质量量表、心理弹性量表及工作疲溃感量表对山东省济宁市5家三级乙等及以上级别医院的193名ICU护士进行调查,并进行相关性分析。结果 ICU护士工作生活质量得分(89.41±12.42)分,处于中等水平,且在不同文化程度、年龄、工作年限以及是否是独生子女方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Pearson相关性分析结果显示, ICU护士工作生活质量与工作疲溃感呈负相关(P<0.05),与心理弹性呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士工作生活质量处于中等水平,心理弹性及工作疲溃感与工作生活质量具有密切的相关性。护理管理者应重视ICU护理人员的生活质量水平,提高护理人员的心理弹性水平,降低工作疲溃感,创造良好的工作氛围,满足护士的需求,以使其以更好的服务和适应ICU工作。

      Objective To explore the influencing factors of work and life quality of ICU nurses, and analyze the correlation between job burnout and psychological elastic and work and life quality of ICU nurses.. Methods Using convenient sampling method, 193 ICU nurses from 5 hospitals of grade B and above in Jining City, Shandong Province were investigated by using general information questionnaire, work-related quality scale, Psychological Elastic Scale and job burnout scale, and the correlation analysis was carried out. Results The quality of life score of ICU nurses was (89.41±12.42), which was in the middle level, and the difference in education level, age, working years and whether the only child was statistically significant (P<0.05). According to Pearson correlation analysis, the quality of life of ICU nurses was negatively correlated with job burnout (P<0.05), that is, the lower the job burnout was, the better the society-related quality of life was. It is positively correlated with mental resilience (P<0.05), that is, the better mental resilience is, the better work and life quality is. Conclusions The quality of work and life of ICU nurses is at the medium level. Mental resilience and job burnout are closely correlated with the quality of work and life. Nursing managers should pay attention to the quality of life of ICU nursing staff, improve the level of mental resilience of nursing staff, reduce job burnout, create a good working atmosphere, meet the needs of nurses, and better service and adapt to ICU work with a positive attitude.
