| 目的：评价孔低位在孔源性视网膜脱离玻璃体切除手术中的应用效果。方法：104眼孔源性视网膜脱离病例实施25G玻璃体切除视网膜复位术，随机分成对照组和试验组，对照组采用常规手术体位，试验组采用孔低位，观察并比较两组病例手术时间、术中情况、术中术后并发症、术后视力、术后眼压、视网膜复位率。结果：对照组手术时间：41.2 ± 5.1分钟，试验组手术时间：37.3 ± 4.8分钟，比较有统计学意义（p<0.05）；试验组术后最佳矫正视力提高5个字母以上的病例多于对照组，视力预后优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：孔低位应用在孔源性视网膜脱离玻璃体切除手术中能够缩短手术时间，改善视力预后。 |

| Objective: To evaluate the effect of hole lower-position in vitrectomy (PPV) for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). Methods: 104 eyes of RRD patients treated with 25G PPV retinal reattachment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Routine operation posture was used in the control group, and low hole position was used in the test group. Observe and compare the operation time, intraoperative condition, intraoperative and postoperative complications, postoperative visual acuity, postoperative intraocular pressure and the retinal reattachment rates between the two groups. Results: The mean operation time was 41.2 ± 5.1 minutes in the control group and 37.3 ± 4.8 minutes in the experimental group (p＜0.05). The number of patients with postoperative best corrected visual acuity improved more than 5 letters in the experimental group was more than that in the control group. The prognosis of visual acuity was better than that of the control group which showed statistically significant differences (p＜0.05). Conclusion：The application of hole lower- position in vitrectomy for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment can shorten the operation time and improve the visual prognosis. |
