| 目的 探究康复护士对居家康复护理在脑卒中群体中开展的促进和阻碍因素，为居家康复护理的顺利开展提供理论参考。方法 描述性质性研究的方法，采用目的性选样法选取济宁某三甲医院的康复护士为访谈对象，进行面对面半结构式深入访谈，数据分析采用传统内容分析法。结果 纳入12名康复护士，在阻碍因素方面提炼出3个主题，主题1：安全隐患；主题2：资源短缺；主题3：意识淡薄。促进因素方面提炼出4个主题，主题1：培训考核；主题2：团队协作；主题3：网络平台；主题4：家庭环境改造。结论 居家康复护理是目前亟需开展的工作，虽然存在一定障碍，但我们要克服障碍，从促进因素着手，建议相关部门重视并采取相应措施，为居家康复护理工作提供有力保障。 |

| Objective To explore the factors that promote and hinder the development of home rehabilitation nursing of stroke groups by rehabilitation nurses, and provide theoretical reference for home rehabilitation nursing.Methods Using the method of descriptive qualitative research, adopt the purposeful sample selection method to select the rehabilitation nurses of a tertiary hospital in Jining as the interview subjects, conduct face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews, and use traditional content analysis methods for data analysis.Results Twelve rehabilitation nurses were included, and 3 themes were extracted in terms of obstacles:Theme 1:Safety hazards;Theme 2:Resource shortage;Theme 3:Weak consciousness.In terms of facilitating factors, four themes were refined:Theme 1:Training and assessment;Theme 2:Teamwork;Theme 3:Network platform;Theme 4:Home environment transformation.Conclusion Home rehabilitation nursing is a work that needs to be carried out urgently.Although there are some obstacles, we must overcome the obstacles and start from the facilitating factors.It is recommended that relevant sectors pay special attention to and take corresponding measures to provide strong guarantee for home rehabilitation nursing. |
