| 退行性腰椎椎管狭窄症、骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折等脊柱外科疾病近年来发病率逐渐升高，往往需要手术治疗。脊柱外科手术通常需要在X线透视辅助下进行。C型臂X线机已经成了脊柱外科手术医师的“眼睛”，对提高手术精准度有极大帮助。C型臂X线透视与普通X线摄影在操作注意事项、成像特点等方面存在不同。本文将对C型臂X线透视在脊柱外科手术中的应用做一综述。 |

| The incidence of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis, osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures, and other spinal surgical diseases has been increasing in recent years, and these diseases often require surgical treatment.Spinal surgery is usually performed with the help of X-ray.The C-arm X-ray machine has become an eye for spinal surgeons and has been instrumental in improving surgical precision.There are differences between C-arm X-ray and ordinary X-ray in terms of operational cautions and imaging characteristics.This article will review the application of C-arm X-ray fluoroscopy in spinal surgery. |
