| 目的 以济宁某高校医学生为调查对象，了解生命质量现况及其影响因素。方法 采用整群抽样方法，应用SF-36v2量表和生命质量相关影响因素问卷对929名医学生生命质量进行测评。结果 与其他人群相比，该校医学生生命质量多数居于中等偏高水平。规律运动、规律作息、吸烟、学校满意度和学业压力对生理健康总评（PCS）有影响，性别、规律运动、规律作息、吸烟、学校满意度、学业压力、平均月消费对心理健康总评（MCS）有影响。结论 培养学生健康生活方式、提高学生对学校满意度、调整学生学业压力有助于提高医学生生命质量，并需重点关注贫困和男性同学的心理健康问题。 |

| Objective Medical students from a university in Jining were the survey subjects to understand the current situation of quality of life and its influencing factors.Methods The quality of life of 929 cluster sampled medical students was evaluated by SF-36v2 scale and questionnaire of life qualify influencing factors, and their general information was collected.Results Compared with other groups, most of the school's medical students have a moderately high quality of life.Regular exercise, maintaining a regular schedule, smoking, school satisfaction and academic stress have an impact on Physical Health General Assessment (PCS), and gender, regular exercise, maintaining a regular schedule, smoking, school satisfaction, academic pressure, and average monthly consumption have an impact on Mental Health General Score (MCS).Conclusion Fostering healthy lifestyles, increasing students' satisfaction with school, and adjusting students' academic stress can help improve the quality of life of medical students.It is also necessary to focus on the mental health of students with poor family background and of male students. |
