中文摘要:
      目的 分析我国临床实习护生人文关怀培养方式的现状及存在的不足,为今后相关研究提供参考。方法 运用文献计量学方法对建库至2022年4月10日收录于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang Data)及维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)以及中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)进行检索,提取并分析纳入文献的发表年份、标题、作者、期刊来源、省份、单位机构、课题基金、被引频次以及关键词等。结果 共纳入文献186篇,分布于27个省(区、市),发表于86种期刊;发文量以湖北、江苏及上海等地居多,合著率66.67%,文献合作度2.66,基金资助率24.19%,共被引频次1036次,被引用率68.82%;其中试验性研究106篇,类试验性研究37篇,非试验性研究43篇;护生人文关怀的培养方式和考核形式多样,培养内容侧重点于其能力、素质、素养、理念、思维、品质及行为等方面。结论 实习护生人文关怀培养在临床护理教学中日益受到重视与关注,相关的研究数量逐渐增多,但存在文献质量总体偏低、分布不均衡、基金资助率低、研究设计不严谨、缺乏统一的教学培养标准和评价考核方法单一等问题。故亟须完善相关研究,以提高实习护生的人文关怀能力。

      Objective To analyze the current situation and shortcomings of humanistic care training model for clinical nursing students in China,and to provide reference for future related research.Methods Bibliometrics was used to search the databases collected in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP and CBM from the establishment to April 10,2022.The publication year,title,author,journal source,province,institution,project fund,citation frequency and keywords of the included literatures were extracted and analyzed.Results A total of 186 articles were included,distributed in 27 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities),and published in 86 journals.Hubei,Jiangsu and Shanghai accounted for the majority of publications,with a co-authorship rate of 66.67%,a literature cooperation degree of 2.66,a funding rate of 24.19%,a total of 1036 times and a citation rate of 68.82%.There were 106 experimental studies,37 quasi-experimental studies and 43 non-experimental studies.There were various training methods and assessment forms of humanistic care for nursing students,and the training content focuses on their ability,quality,accomplishment,concept,thinking,quality and behavior.Conclusion Humanistic care training of nursing students has been paid more and more attention in clinical nursing teaching,and the number of related studies has gradually increased,but problems such as overall low literature quality,uneven distribution,low funding rate,unrigorous research design,lack of unified teaching standard and evaluation method of the single.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the relevant research to improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students.
