| 目的 了解西部地区居民主要慢性病及死因特征,为制定西部地区疾病预防控制提供依据。方法 数据资料来源于中国疾病预防控制中心慢性非传染性疾病预防控制中心,对2020年西部地区居民死亡数据进行整理,使用Excel软件计算粗死亡率、主要慢性病死因顺位、居民预期寿命、主要疾病去死因预期寿命等指标。结果 2020年西部地区居民粗死亡率674.22/10万,男性粗死亡率778.96/10万,女性粗死亡率565.09/10万。居民前5位慢性病死因依次为脑血管疾病、心脏病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病和伤害,死因构成比85.15%。60岁之后的西部地区居民死亡率明显增加,且男性死亡率仍高于女性死亡率。居民人均期望寿命77.04岁,去死因预期寿命增长量最多的前5位疾病依次为心脏病、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、伤害。结论 西部地区慢性病死亡率占比仍很高,急需采取措施大力提高居民生命质量。 |

| Objective To explore the characteristics of main chronic diseases and death causes of residents in the western region,and to provide the basis for disease prevention and control in the western region.Methods The data are from the Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases Prevention and Control Center of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention,which collated the surveillance data of the causes of death in China in 2020,and Excel software was used to calculate the crude mortality rate,the ranking of major chronic diseases,the life expectancy of residents,and the cause eliminated life expectancy.Results In 2020,the crude death rate of residents in the western region was 674.22/100,000,the crude death rate of males was 778.96/100,000,and the crude death rate of females was 565.09/100,000.The top five causes of death among residents were cerebrovascular disease,heart disease,malignant tumor,respiratory system disease,and injurg,with a proportion of 85.15%.The mortality rate of residents in the western region has increased significantly after the age of 60,and the mortality rate of males is still higher than that of females.The average life expectancy of residents is 77.04 years old.The top five diseases with the largest increase in life expectancy without cause of death areheart disease,cerebrovascular disease,respiratory system disease,malignant tumor,and injury.RConclusion The mortality rate of chronic diseases in western China is still very high,and measures are urgently needed to improve the quality of life of residents. |
