| 目的 探讨备孕妇女的应对方式、社会支持和婚姻满意度对焦虑的影响，为减少备孕妇女的焦虑情绪，提高其心理健康水平提出合理建议。方法 采用《社会支持评定量表》《简易应对方式问卷》《OLSON婚姻质量问卷》以及《焦虑自评量表》对112名备孕妇女进行调查。结果 备孕妇女焦虑自评量表的平均得分为（41.18±7.93）分，焦虑情绪的发生率为16.1%；焦虑和积极应对、社会支持及其3个维度（客观支持、主观支持、对社会支持的利用度）以及婚姻满意度呈负相关（P<0.05）；社会支持和婚姻满意度可以有效负向预测焦虑（P<0.05）。结论 备孕妇女存在焦虑问题，积极的应对方式，良好的社会支持和婚姻满意度是减少备孕妇女焦虑情绪的保护因素。 |

| Objective To investigate the influence of coping styles, social support and marital satisfaction on anxiety among women preparing for pregnancy, and to provide suggestions for reducing their anxiety, protecting their mental health and making scientific preparation.Methods 112 women preparing for pregnancy were investigated with the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale, Olson Enrich Marital Inventory and Self-rating Anxiety Scale.Results The average score of the self-rating anxiety scale for women preparing for pregnancy was 41.18±7.93, and the anxiety rate is 16.1%.The anxiety was negatively correlated with positive coping style, social support and its 3 dimensions(objective support, subjective support and utilization of social support), and marital satisfaction(P<0.05).Social support and marital satisfaction can negatively predict anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion Women preparing for pregnancy had anxiety problems, while positive coping style, good social support and marital satisfaction are the protective measures to reduce their anxiety. |
