| 目的 探究医学生的性格优势对其心理健康状况的影响，以及生活满意度和性格优势、心理健康三者之间的关系，为进一步改善医学生心理健康状况提供依据。方法 采用性格优势问卷、12项一般心理健康问卷、生活满意度量表对贵阳市某医学院校的1002名医学生进行调查。结果 医学生心理问题阳性检出率为21.1%，男性医学生比女性有更强的性格优势（t=3.79，P<0.05）；心理健康水平在不同年级上存在显著差异（F=8.87，P<0.05）；医学生性格优势与生活满意度呈显著正相关（r=0.318，P<0.05），与一般心理健康状况呈显著负相关（r=-0.189，P<0.05）。医学生的生活满意度在性格优势和心理健康水平间起部分中介作用，间接效应量为0.08，占总效应的40%；直接效应量为0.12，占总效应的60%。结论 医学生性格优势与心理健康状况具有相关性，良好性格优势可通过生活满意度在一定程度上影响医学生的心理健康水平。 |

| Objective To explore the influence of medical students' character strength on their mental health status, and the relationship among life satisfaction, character strength and mental health, so as to provide evidence for further improving the mental health of medical students.Methods A total of 1002 medical students from a medical college in Guiyang were investigated by character strength questionnaire, 12 item general health questionnaire and Life Satisfaction Scales.Results The positive rate of psychological problems among medical students was 21.1%.Male medical students had stronger character strength than female students (t=3.79, P<0.05);There were significant differences in mental health among different grades (F=8.87, P<0.05);Character strength of medical students was significantly positively correlated with life satisfaction (r=0.318, P<0.05), and negatively correlated with general mental health status(r=-0.189, P<0.05).The life satisfaction of medical students played a partial mediating role between character strength and mental health, and the indirect effect size was 0.08, accounting for 40% of the total effect.The direct effect size was 0.12, accounting for 60% of the total effect.Conclusion Medical students' character strength is related to their mental health.The good character strengths can influence the mental health of medical students through life satisfaction to some extent. |
