| 目的 了解在校男大学生对艾滋病知识、态度、高危行为的现状，分析相关影响因素，对今后专项开展大学生艾滋病健康教育及防治工作提供依据。方法 采用便利抽样辅助滚雪球抽样的方法对全国范围内男性大、专院校学生开展调查，采用自设调查问卷，通过微信、QQ+问卷网进行线上调查。结果 共回收问卷1011份（有效率为97.87％），总知晓频数863名（知晓率85.36％），不同专业、年级、生活水平的男大学生艾滋病知晓率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。专业、年级是在校男大学生艾滋病知晓率的影响因素。1011名在校男大学生中，40.16％认为所在院校经常开展性教育及防艾宣传活动，53.70％认为学校防艾宣传教育对自己有帮助。结论 高校仍需继续加强艾滋病防治健康宣教，结合新的时代特点，精准防控。 |

| Objective To understand the current situation of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome related knowledge,attitude,high risk behavior among the male college students,analyze the relevant influencing factors,and provide basis and guidance for the future special Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome and prevention of college students.Methods The method of convenient sampling and snowball sampling was used to investigate the students of male students from colleges and universities nationwide.The self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct online survey through WeChat,QQ +questionnaire network.Results A total of 1011 questionnaires were returned (effective rate 97.87%),and the total awareness frequency was 863 (awareness rate 85.36%).There was a statistically significant difference in the awareness rate of AIDS among male college students of different majors,grades and living standards (P<0.05).The awareness rate of AIDS among male college students majoring in medicine and senior grades is higher.Among the 1,011 male college students in school,only 40.16% think that their colleges and universities often carry out sex education and AIDS prevention publicity activities,and only 53.70% think that the school AIDS prevention publicity and education are helpful to them.Conclusion Colleges and universities still need to continue to strengthen the prevention and health education of the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome to achieve the determination of precise prevention and control,combined with the characteristics of the new era. |
