| 脊髓损伤特别是颈髓损伤后呼吸系统并发症已成为脊髓损伤患者致死的重要原因，目前国内对肺康复的重要性以及肺康复策略存在认识不足和滞后的情况。本文从脊髓损伤后患者并发症、损伤节段对呼吸肌的影响、颈髓损伤后肺功能的变化及脊髓损伤后肺康复研究进展做一综述，学习借鉴国内外先进的新的肺康复训练方法，为下一步更好地制定肺康复策略提供依据。 |

| Respiratory complications after spinal cord injury,especially after cervical spinal cord injury,have become an important cause of death in patients with spinal cord injury,but there is still a lack of understanding and lag in the importance of lung rehabilitation and lung rehabilitation strategies in China.This article summarizes the complications of patients after spinal cord injury,the influence of injury segments on respiratory muscles,the changes of lung function after cervical spinal cord injury and the research progress of lung rehabilitation after spinal cord injury,and learns from the advanced new training methods of lung rehabilitation at home and abroad, which provides a basis for better formulation of lung rehabilitation strategies in the next step. |
