      目的 了解济宁市大学生食品安全知识、态度及行为(knowledge-attitude-practice,KAP)现状,为大学生开展相关食品安全教育提供依据和参考。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,以班级为单位选取济宁市5所院校共1452名大学生,对其进行食品安全KAP问卷的调查。结果 大学生食品安全知识平均得分(13.52±1.42)分,食品安全态度平均得分(6.40±1.36)分;男生的知识、态度得分高于女生(t=5.919、5.389,P<0.05),食品及相关专业学生得分高于非食品专业学生(t=13.326、12.909,P<0.05),一年级和三年级学生相对得分较高(F=11.754、7.026,P<0.05)。医学院学生食品安全知识、态度得分最高(F=10.962、6.994,P<0.05)。对食品安全关注程度,不同性别、专业、年级、学校比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=45.075、108.552、38.567、62.117,P<0.05);不同专业、年级、学校的大学生对《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的了解程度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.340、24.959、22.952,P<0.05)。大学生获取食品安全知识的主要途径是网络媒体(61.53%),大都愿意接受食品安全相关教育;普遍认为目前食品安全问题太多,应采取措施。不同性别、专业、年级、学校的学生选择就餐地点比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.253、9.128、86.187、11.925,P<0.05)。不同性别、年级的学生选择购买食品场所比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=27.778、12.575,P<0.05)。79.15%的学生购买食品时关注生产日期、保质期和包装等;84.55%的学生表示绝不购买价格低廉"三无"食品。大学生维权意识和行动力较差,存在信心不足,维权途径不明确等问题。结论 大学生缺乏食品安全知识,食品安全意识薄弱,应通过多种宣传形式加强对大学生的食品安全知识教育,同时政府应加大对食品安全问题的监管力度。

      Objective To understand the current situation of food safety knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) among college students in Jining city,and to provide basis and reference for relevant food safety education among college students.Methods A total of 1452 college students from five colleges and universities in Jining city were selected by cluster sampling method.Results The average score of college students' food safety knowledge was 13.52±1.42,and the average score of food safety attitude was 6.40±1.36.There were statistically differences among students of different sex,grade and universities in terms of their food safety knowledge and attitude score.There were statistically significant differences in attention to food safety among different genders,majors,grades and schools (χ2=45.075,108.552,38.567,108.552,all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the understanding of food safety law of the People's Republic of China among college students of different majors,grades and schools(χ2=12.340,24.959,22.952,all P<0.05).The main way for college students to acquire food safety knowledge was network media (61.53%),and most of them were willing to accept food safety related education.It was generally believed that there were too many food safety problems at present and measurements should be taken.Students of different genders,majors,grades and schools chose dining places for comparison,and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=20.253,9.128,86.187,11.925,all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the choice of food places among students of different genders and grades (χ2=27.778,12.575,all P<0.05).79.15% of students payed attention to the production date,shelf life and packaging when they bought food.84.55% of the students said that they would never buy cheap "three no" food.There were some problems such as poor consciousness and motivation of rights protection for college students,lack of confidence and unclear ways of rights protection.Conclusion College students lack of food safety knowledge,food safety awareness is weak,and we should strengthen the education of food safety knowledge of college students through a variety of publicity forms.At the same time the government should increase the supervision of food safety issues.
