| 目的 观察利多卡因治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法 将2016年6月至2018年6月就诊于济宁医学院附属济宁市第一人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的神经性耳鸣患者86例随机分为常规组(43例)和观察组(43例)。常规组给予改善微循环、营养神经等对症治疗,观察组在常规组基础上加用利多卡因静脉点滴治疗,初始剂量为6ml,每日递增2ml,直至10ml,此剂量维持5d,7d为1疗程。结果 观察组与常规组总有效率分别为86.05%与53.49%,观察组疗效明显优于常规组(P<0.05),两组患者均未发生过敏、头晕或心律失常等明显药物不良反应。结论 利多卡因治疗神经性耳鸣疗效显著,安全可行,值得在基层医院推广。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effects and influence factors of Lidocaine in the treatment of Neuronal Tinnitus.Methods 86 cases patients were randomly divided into the conventional group(n=43) and the experimental group(n=43).The patients who were in the conventional group were treated with microcirculation and neurotrophic drug,and the patients who were in the experimental group were treated the same as the conventional group specifically for the use of intravenous Lidocaine 6ml Lidocaine at the initial dosage increasing from 2ml to 10ml daily.10ml was maintenance dose used for 5 days,7 days for 1 course.Results The effective rate of conventional and experimental groups was 86.05% and 53.49%,respectively.The effective rate of experimental group was obviously better than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine is effective,safe and feasible in the treatment of neurotinnitus,and it is worth spreading in primary hospital. |
