| 乳头湿疹样乳腺癌又称为乳腺Paget病（mammary paget's disease，MPD），是一种罕见的乳头乳晕复合体癌，约占全部乳腺癌的1%~3%，最早由英国病理学家James Paget在1874年首次描述并报道，主要表现为乳头乳晕区的湿疹样改变，有时伴有皮肤的红肿、破溃、糜烂。MPD在临床上较为少见，且大多数MPD患者乳腺无明显可触及的肿块，乳头乳晕区症状不典型，因此诊断比较困难，误诊率相对较高。一旦误诊，对患者的治疗及其预后都会带来巨大的影响。 |

| Nipple eczema-like breast cancer is also known as Mammary Paget's Disease(MPD).MPD is a rare nipple areola complex cancer,which is about 1% to 3% of all breast cancer.MPD is first described and reported by British pathologist James Paget in 1874,mainly manifested as eczema-like changes in the nipple areola area as well as redness,ulceration,erosion of the skin occasionally.MPD is rare in clinical practice,and most MPD patients have no obvious palpable mass in the mammary gland.The symptoms in the nipple areola are not typical,so the diagnosis is difficult and the misdiagnosis rate is relatively high.Once misdiagnosed,it will have a huge impact on the patient's treatment and its prognosis. |
