| 目的 探讨颧骨眶骨复合体骨折合并眼外伤患者的临床治疗，为多学科联合治疗提供依据和临床经验。方法 选自2015年9月至2018年3月安徽省宿州市立医院诊断为颧骨眶骨复合体骨折合并眼外伤的患者31例，对骨折部位行坚固内固定，并邀请眼科专家参与治疗，处理相关眼部疾患。结果 患者术后左右颧骨对称、咬合关系正常、骨折断端愈合良好、瘢痕不明显；眼部创伤预后良好，患者较为满意。结论 颧骨眶骨复合体骨折合并眼外伤患者经过口腔科医生与眼科医生的联合治疗，可取得良好的效果，联合治疗值得应用和推广。 |

| Objective We explored the clinical treatment of zygomatic-orbital complex fracture with ocular trauma to provide the evidence and clinical experience for multi-disciplinary combined therapy.Methods We chose 31 patients with zygomatic orbital complex fracture complicated with ocular trauma in Suzhou Municipal Hospital of Anhui Province from September 2015 to March 2018.We fixed the internal of fracture and invited ophthalmologist to participate in the treatment to deal with related eye diseases.Results The zygoma was symmetrical.The occlusal relationship was normal.The fracture healed well,and the scar was not obvious.The prognosis of ocular trauma was good and the patients were satisfied.Conclusion The patients with zygomatic-orbital complex fracture combined with ocular trauma can get satisfactory results after the combined treatment of stomatologists and ophthalmologists,and the combined treatment is worthy of application and promotion. |
