| 结直肠癌（Colorectal cancer，CRC）是全球第三大常见癌症，常在疾病晚期被明确诊断，预后较差。因此，了解CRC的病程进展和预后分子标志物，对于确定治疗方案和改善生存率至关重要。Syndecans是一种硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白多糖，具有重要的生理病理作用，参与肿瘤黏附、侵袭和转移等，是开发新的诊断方法和治疗药物的潜在分子靶向标志物。Syndecans的表达或缺失与CRC的预后相关，本文综述了Syndecans在CRC发生发展的作用，为明确CRC的发病机制提供依据，进一步协助CRC的诊治。 |

| Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common cancer in the world,and is often diagnosed in the late stage of the disease with a poor prognosis.Therefore,understanding the progression of the colorectal cancer and the molecular markers of prognosis are critical to determining treatment options and improving survival.Syndecans is a heparan sulfate proteoglycan that has important physiological and pathological effects,such as involvement in tumor adhesion,invasion and metastasis,and is a potential molecular targeting marker for the development of new diagnostic methods and therapeutic drugs.The expression or deletion of Syndecans is associated with the prognosis of colorectal cancer.This article reviews the relationship between Syndecans and the development of colorectal cancer,which is expected to provide a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. |
