| 目的 探讨温针灸配合耳穴贴压对大学生干眼症的治疗效果。方法 将本学院2017级符合干眼症诊断标准的学生62人，随机分为治疗组（温针灸+耳穴贴压组）和对照组（常规针刺组），每组31例。每日治疗1次，每次30min，6次1疗程，共治疗3个疗程。观察两组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量、角膜荧光素染色、视功能评分等变化。结果 与治疗前比较，两组的泪膜破裂时间显著延长，泪液分泌量明显增加，角膜荧光素染色评分明显降低，视功能评分显著增高，差异具有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组泪膜破裂时间，视功能评分均显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 温针灸配合耳穴贴压能够显著改善大学生干眼症的泪膜稳定性，增加泪液分泌量，减少对眼表的损害，是一种有效治疗干眼症的方法。 |

| Objective To investigate the incidence of dry eye in college students and explore the therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint sticking on dry eye in college students.Methods Sixty-two students of grade 2017 who met the diagnostic criteria of dry eye were randomly divided into treatment group (warm acupuncture plus auricular acupoint sticking group) and control group (acupuncture group),and each group had 31 cases.The treatment was for 30 min per day,6 times for one therapeutic course,and a total of three courses of treatment.The changes of schirmer I test,break-up time,fluorescein and visual function score before and after treatment were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,break-up time of the two groups was significantly prolonged;schirmer I test was significantly increased;fluorescein score was significantly decreased;and the visual function score was significantly increased (P<0.05).After treatment,schirmer I test,break-up time and visual function score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint sticking can significantly improve the tear film stability,increase schirmer I test and reduce the damage to the ocular surface.It is an effective method for the treatment of dry eye. |
