| 目的 探讨综合医院护理人员外出进修学习的管理模式。方法 采用进修前严格选拔及评估，进修中严格监管，进修后严格督导及评价的全程无缝隙追踪管理模式对2017年1月至12月56名外出进修的护理人员实行全程追踪管理，与应用该管理模式前即2016年1月至12月采用常规管理模式时79名外出进修的护理人员进行比较；比较实施全程无缝隙追踪管理前、后护理人员在新技术新业务完成情况、论文发表、发明专利等方面有无差异性。结果 与实施全程无缝隙追踪管理前比较，管理后进修护理人员论文发表数量增多，新技术新业务应用有显著提高（P<0.05），发明专利情况比管理前增加了4项；管理前、后护理人员在撰写著作方面均为11部。结论 实施全程无缝隙追踪管理模式有利于选择优秀的护理人员外出进修，有利于新技术新业务的开展及完成，有利于提升护理人员的科研能力，从而发挥其提高专业水平及新技术新业务应用的能力，提高护理服务质量，推动护理专业发展。 |

| Objective To explore the application of the whole process seamless tracking management mode in the advanced study of nursing in general hospitals.Methods 56 nurses who went out for further study from January to December,2017 were managed by the whole process seamless tracking management mode of strict selection and evaluation before continuing study,strict supervision and evaluation during continuing study,and strict supervision and evaluation after continuing study.Before the model,from January to December 2016,the general management mode was used to compare 79 out-of-care nursing staff.And the differences before and after the implementation of seamless tracking management were compared in terms of new technology and new business accomplishment,publication of papers,invention patents and writings.Results Compared with that before the implementation of seamless tracking management (2016),the number of papers published by nursing staff after the management increased.The application of new technology and new business was improved significantly (P<0.01).The number of invention patents was increased by 4 items compared with that before management,and the number of nursing staff before and after management was 11 in writing works.Conclusion The implementation of the whole-process seamless tracking management mode is conducive to the selection of excellent nurses for further study,the development and completion of new technology and new business,the enhancement of scientific research ability of nurses,the improvement of professional level and the application of new business and new technology,the improvement of nursing service quality and the promotion of nursing care professional development. |
