| 目的 评价精神分裂症患者的父母教养方式和应对方式及相互关系。方法 采用简易应对方式量表（SCSQ）及父母教养方式评价量表（EMBU）对122名精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果 精神分裂症患者应对方式的积极因子、消极因子评分分别为（19.87±9.287）分、（10.03±5.682）分，二者评分与常模相比差异有统计学意义（t1=-2.359，t2=1.807，均P<0.05）；在父母教养方式方面，父亲的情感温暖、理解，惩罚、严厉，过分干涉，拒绝、否认，过度保护因子评分与常模相比差异有统计学意义（t1=-8.193，t2=7.469，t3=-1.052，t4=6.807，t5=-6.040，均P<0.05），母亲的情感温暖、理解，惩罚、严厉，过分干涉，拒绝、否认因子评分与常模相比差异有统计学意义（t1=-8.349，t2=8.339，t3=-3.587，t4=6.910，均P<0.05）；相关分析显示患者的积极应对因子与父亲的情感温暖与理解存在正相关关系（r=0.433，P<0.05），与父亲的惩罚严厉及拒绝否认呈显著负相关（r1=-0.239，r2=-0.173，均P<0.05），与母亲的情感温暖与理解存在正相关关系（r=0.449，P<0.05），与母亲的惩罚严厉呈显著负相关（r=-0.293，P<0.05）；其消极应对因子与父亲的惩罚严厉、过度保护以及母亲的拒绝否认、惩罚严厉呈正相关（r1=0.211，r2=0.284，r3=0.176，r4=0.254，均P<0.05）。结论 精神分裂症患者的应对方式与父母的教养方式密切相关。 |

| Objective To evaluate parental rearing patterns and coping styles and relationship among schizophrenics.Methods Simplified coping style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and parental education evaluation scale (EMBU) were used to assess 122 schizophrenics.Results The positive factors and negative factor scores of the coping style were 19.87±9.287 and 10.03±5.682 respectively,which were significantly different from the norm(t1=-2.359,t2=1.807,P<0.05).In the ways of parents teaching,father's emotional warmth and understanding,punishment,excessive interference,tough,refuse,denial and excessive protection factor score difference were statistically significant compared with norm (t1=-8.193,t2=7.469,t3=-1.052,t4=6.807,t5=-6.040,P<0.05);mather's emotional warmth and understanding,punishment,excessive interference,tough,refuse,and denial score difference were statistically significant compared with norm(t1=-8.349,t2=8.339,t3=-3.587,t4=6.910,P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed positive response factor of patients with father's emotional warmth and understanding existed positive correlation (r=0.433,P<0.05) With his father,punishing and refusing to deny has significant negative correlation(r1=-0.239,r2=-0.173,P<0.05).The mother's emotional warmth and understanding existed positive correlation (r=0.449,P<0.05),and the mother of penalty had significant negative correlation (r=-0.293,P<0.05).The negative response factors were positively correlated with severe punishment,excessive protection from fathers and denial,severe punishment of mothers (r1=0.211,r2=0.284,r3=0.176,r4=0.254,P<0.05).Conclusion The coping style of schizophrenic patients is closely related to parental rearing pattern which should be taken seriously in the treatment process. |
