| 在特纳综合征患者的治疗中，治疗时机把握很重要。及早开始使用生长激素，及时开始使用雌激素，以及早期低剂量使用雌激素，可以提高特纳综合征患者的终身高，并改善骨骼健康。按时使用雌激素开始诱导青春期，能改善患者的心理及行为。及早开始使用生长激素及雌激素，对脂类代谢可能也有益处。但是在治疗条件不恰当的情况下，过早开始治疗可能会对身高造成负面影响。 |

| It is very important to determine the starting time of treatment in Turner Syndrome.Combining early initiation of growth hormone treatment with timely administration of estrogen can increase final height and improve bone health in patients with Turner Syndrome,and childhood low-dose estrogen therapy may provide extra benefits.The induction of puberty on time can improve psychological health and behaviors of the patients.The early administration of growth hormone and estrogen may also be associated with healthier lipid metabolism.However,the early treatments may result in negative impact on final height if unoptimized. |
