| 百年来，以美国为代表的西方高等医学教育经历了三次重大改革，不仅颠覆了传统的医学教育理念，更为西方国家提供了大量的临床医学卓越人才。通过对西方发达国家高等医学教育改革现状及取得的成果进行研究，结合我国医学院校发展现状，开展有针对性的教育教学改革，不仅可以有效解决我国医学院校当前教育教学过程中存在的各种问题，提升我国医学院校的教育教学质量，更可为今后培养大量临床医学卓越人才提供一定的研究基础和理论依据。 |

| Over the past century,the western higher medical education,represented by the United States,has undergone three major reforms,and it not only subverts the traditional concept of medical education,but also provides a large number of excellent clinical talents in western countries.Based on the study of the current situation and achievements of higher medical education in western developed countries and the current situation of medical colleges and universities in China,the reform of education and teaching has been carried out.It can not only effectively alleviate all kinds of problems existing in the current education and teaching process of medical colleges in China and improve the quality of education and teaching in Medical Colleges,but also provide certain research basis and theoretical basis for training a large number of clinical medical talents in the future. |
