| 文化的重要作用要求自觉进行文化建设，文化建设必须以培育核心价值观为重点，以传承传统文化为基础。中国特色社会主义文化建设需要把培育社会主义核心价值观与传承中华优秀传统文化融合起来，社会主义核心价值观是中华优秀传统文化的导向，中华优秀传统文化是社会主义核心价值观的根基。高校进行社会主义核心价值观和中华优秀传统文化融合教育是发挥文化建设作用和承担文化育人职责的必然要求，需要明确目的内容、创新多种方式、强化实施管理、落实条件保障进行两者的融合教育。 |

| The importance of culture requires that cultural construction should be consciously carried out. Based on inheriting the traditional culture, cultural construction must focus on cultivating core values. The construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics needs to integrate the cultivation of socialist core values with the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture. The socialist core values are the orientation of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Chinese excellent traditional culture is the foundation of the socialist core values. The integration education is the necessary requirement for colleges and universities to play their role of cultural construction and undertake their responsibility of cultural education. Thus, it is necessary to clarify its objectives and contents, innovate its ways and methods, intensify its implementation management and ensure its conditions to make it happen. |
