| 行为医学研究的核心是人类行为与健康和疾病。因为，最好的身体是健康；疾病最好的治疗是预防；可见行为与健康及疾病关系之密切，干预不良行为与各相关学科的关系也就显而易见。行为决定健康之所以能很快被政府采纳、大众接受，关键是因其独特的、鲜明的见解，以及能被大众认同的概念。行为医学的理论价值和实践意义，涵盖了诸家特色的文化内涵；"不药而防、不药而治"也体现了中华传统养生理论与现代医学科学的高度融合，对人类的健康促进以及社会精神文明建设具有很大的启示作用。 |

| The core of behavioral medicine research is human behavior and health and disease,because good body is health and the best treatment is prevention.It is thus clear that behavior has a close relationship with health and disease,and the relationship between intervention of bad behaviors and relevant disciplines is obvious.The reason why behavior determines health is adopted by the government and recognized by the public mainly lies in its unique and insightful view and concepts.The theoretical significance and practical value of behavioral medicine cover cultural connotation with characteristics of all schools.The view of prevention and treatment without medicine is also the embodiment of fusion of Chinese traditional theory of longevity preservation and modern medical science,and it is also beneficial to the improvement of human health and the construction of social spiritual civilization. |
