      目的 探索“翻转课堂”教学法结合以团队为基础的学习(TBL)对口腔黏膜病学教学效果的影响。方法 选取116名口腔医学本科生分为两组:“翻转课堂”+TBL组(62人)利用QQ群,在开课前通过教师发的微视频和PPT等对所学内容进行自学并分组讨论形成问题;传统教学法组(54人)采用传统课堂教学法。通过自制调查问卷和期末考试成绩比较进行教学效果评估。结果 结果显示“翻转课堂”+TBL组学生对“翻转课堂”联合TBL教学法在提高学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力和查阅收集信息的能力、增强团队合作意识、提高分析解决问题的能力、拓宽知识面、提高学生的语言表达能力等方面的认可度达到95.16%~100.00%;“翻转课堂”+TBL组期末考试平均成绩为(82.05±6.64)分,传统教学法组期末考试平均成绩(75.70±7.11)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 “翻转课堂”结合TBL教学法能够充分调动学生的学习主动性,提高学生的语言表达能力和对知识的综合应用能力,培养学生的团队合作意识,能显著提高教学效果。

      Objective To explore the effect of flipped instruction combined with team-based learning (TBL) on the teaching of oral mucosal diseases.Methods A total of 116 stomatology students were selected and divided into two groups:“flipped instruction” +TBL group (n=62) and the control group (n=54).In the “flipped instruction” +TBL group,the students were taught using a combination mode-TBL combined with flipped instruction as for the control group,and the students were taught using the traditional teaching model.The effects of teaching were evaluated by self-made questionnaire and the final test scores.Results The questionnaire results showed that the approbation of students in “flipped instruction”+TBL group reached 95.16% to 100.00% in the aspects of improving learning interest,which improved the ability of autonomous learning,strengthening the consciousness of team work,and improved the ability to analyze and solve problem,etc.The final test scores in this group were 82.05±6.64,which was significantly higher than the traditional teaching group (75.70±7.11),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion Flipped instruction combined with TBL mode is effective and feasible in the teaching of oral mucosal disease,which can significantly improve the teaching effect.
