| 目的 探讨护理人员职业压力、工作满意度与应对方式的相关性及保持良好工作满意度的有效途径。方法 采用问卷调查法,对福州市某三级乙等综合医院的134名临床护理人员进行调查。结果 1)护理人员的首要职业压力源为对治疗护理的不确定,其次是工作负荷;2)年龄对职业压力有显著性影响(P<0.05);3)年龄、婚姻、文化程度对工作满意度和应对方式均有显著性影响(P<0.05);4)护理人员职业压力、工作满意度与应对方式有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论 护理人员采取积极应对方式是保持良好工作满意度的有效途径。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship of occupational stress,work satisfaction and coping style by nurses and the effective way of keeping good work satisfaction.Methods 134 clinical nurses were surveyed by the questionnaire in three class general hospital of Fuzhou City.Results 1) The main occupational stress source of nurses was not determined by treatment nursing,and work load was followed;2) Age had significant effect on occupational stress (P<0.05);3) Age,marriage and culture had significant effect on both work satisfaction and coping style (P<0.05);4) Occupational stress and work satisfaction of nurses were significantly correlated with coping style (P<0.05).Conclusion The effective way to keep good work satisfaction is to take positive coping style,provide nurses with competitive treatment and cultivate high level of nursing personnel. |
