| 目的 观察关节腔注射TNF-α拮抗剂益赛普对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的疗效。方法 对60例单关节肿痛明显的RA患者进行关节腔注射益赛普,每次12.5mg,4周后观察临床指标。结果 在关节腔注射后4周,患者在关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节功能指数及关节僵硬指数较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论 关节腔注射益赛普可以明显改善RA患者关节局部症状,操作简单易行,安全性好。 |

| This paper argues how these factors influence the semantic interpretation of modal verb "neng(能)" in terms of aspect marker, predicate verb, subject noun, subject pronoun and syntactic structure.By analyzing these factors, conclusions have been made:the same modal verb belongs to different categories and presents different semantic interpretations according to the relevant constitutes in the same sentence, context and syntactic structure.Therefore, these factors are taken into account in order to get a comprehensive understanding and grasp of modal verbs and its semantic interpretation. |
