| 目的 观察重症HFMD引起患儿机体各免疫器官的组织病理学改变。方法 对7例HFMD死亡患儿尸体进行剖验并提取其胸腺、脾、淋巴结等组织进行HE染色,光镜下观察结果。结果 镜下见脾小体扩大,脾小体内有坏死碎裂的细胞碎片。脾髓质脾窦扩张充血,脾索内淋巴细胞明显减少并见坏死碎裂的细胞碎片。肠粘膜下淋巴组织及肠道淋巴结内淋巴滤泡反应性增生,淋巴滤泡增大、大量细胞坏死及见单核细胞吞噬现象。部分胸腺小叶内胸腺小体淋巴细胞相对稀疏,胸腺小体部分钙化。结论 重症HFMD可引起脾、淋巴结及淋巴组织等出现明显异常改变,但对胸腺无明显影响。 |

| Objective To observe the immune organ histopathological changes of children with the severe hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods Collecting 7 cases death children caused by HFMD and an autopsy respectively,the thymus,spleen,lymph nodes and the organization with HE staining were taken to observe with Optical microscope.Results Microscopically,the spleen corpuscle expanded,and small body had necrosis and the cell debris.In spleen medulla splenic sinus appeared expansion and congestion.In splenic cord endolymphatic cells significantly reduced and appeared the cell debris of necrosis.In the intestinal submucosal lymphoid tissue and bowel lymph node endolymph follicle appeared reactive hyperplasia,increasing lymph follicle,a large number of cell necrosis and the phenomenon of mononuclear cell devour.Part of the thymus gland inside flocculus thymus corpuscle lymphocyte relatively scattered,and part of the thymus gland body calcified.Conclusion Severe HFMD can cause spleen,lymph nodes and the lymphoid tissue to apparent anomaly,but had no significant effect on the thymus gland. |
