      目的 了解医院感染病原菌的分布和耐药情况,为临床合理用药及控制医院感染提供理论依据。方法 临床标本进行分离培养后,采用微生物全自动分析仪进行细菌鉴定及药敏测定,采用SPSS17.0统计软件对分离病原菌的分布和耐药性进行分析。结果 共分离出12298株病原菌,标本主要来源于痰液、尿液、血液等;分布于临床多个科室;分离的革兰阴性菌中,以铜绿假单胞菌(19.4%)、大肠埃希氏菌(18.6%)、肺炎克雷伯菌(11.5%)为主,革兰阳性球菌中以金黄色葡萄球菌(10.4%)为最多,真菌以白色假丝酵母菌(12.3%)为最多;分离病原菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率一直维持在较高水平。结论 医院感染病原菌中以革兰阴性菌为主,且对常用抗菌药物的耐药性较高,真菌引起的感染不容忽视,临床医生应根据病情及时做病原菌检测,结合药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物,以减少耐药菌株的产生。
英文摘要:
      Objective To understand the distribution and drug resistance of hospital infection pathogenic bacteria which provide theoretical basis for rational use of clinical antimicrobial agents and control hospital infection. Methods Clinical specimen were separated.The bacterial identification and drug susceptibility testing were performed with VITEK-2 microorganisms automatic analyzer.SPSS17.0 software was used to analyzed the distribution and resistance of pathogenic bacteria. Results A total of 12298 strains were isolated which mainly came from sputum, urine and blood and distributed in many clinical departments.Of the separated gram-negative bacteria, the top 3 isolates were P.aeruginosa(19.4%), E.coli(18.6%), K.pneumoniae(11.5%).S.aureus(10.4%)was the most of positive cocci.White fungus candida(12.3%)was the most of fungus.Resistant rates of separated pathogenic bacteria remained at a higher level to antimicrobial agents commonly. Conclusion Hospital infection pathogens bacteria were mainly gram-negative bacterium.Resistant rates were higher to antimicrobial agents commonly.The infection caused by fungus could not be ignored.Clinical doctors should conduct pathogens detection in time according to the illness, and use antimicrobial agents rationally combining the results of drug sensitive test to reduce the generation of drug-resistant strains.
