      目的 了解济宁市部分学龄前儿童碘营养状况,为今后碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 尿碘测定采用碘催化砷铈原理,使用尿碘快速定量检测试剂盒对180名学龄前儿童尿碘进行检测,并对家长进行碘缺乏病相关知识问卷调查。结果 180名4~5岁儿童尿碘检测中位数为150μg/L,符合国标(GB16006-1995IDD消除标准)和持续消除IDD判定标准。调查问卷显示:94.4%的家长了解碘缺乏病的相关知识并能够正确使用碘盐,有5.6%的家长不清楚碘缺乏引起的疾病,对碘盐的储存和科学食用存在误区。结论 绝大多数抽检学龄前儿童体内碘含量在正常值范围内,碘营养状况总体良好,仍有16.67%儿童存在碘缺乏现象。今后有待加强食用碘盐知识宣传,积极开展健康教育。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the iodine nutrition status of part of preschool children in Jining, and provide scientific evidence for iodine deficiency disorders prevention and treatment.Methods The urinary iodine content was measured by rapid quantitative detection urinary iodine according to iodine catalytic effect of Arsenic-Cerium, and questionnaire investigation of iodine deficiency disorders related knowledge was taken to parents.Results The media of 180 4-5 year old children's urinary iodine content was 150μg/L, which met the GB16006-1995 criteria of elimination on iodine deficiency disorders and judging criterion for sustaining elimination on iodine deficiency disorders.The rate of correct answers of parents to iodine deficiency disorders knowledge and iodized salt using method was 94.4%.Conclusion The iodine nutrition status of majority of collected preschool children was good and 16.67% was still deficient in iodine.It was also necessary to strengthen propaganda and improve further healthy education on iodine deficiency disorders.
