| 目的 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)外标法测定头孢氨苄干混悬剂中头孢氨苄的含量。方法 采用安捷伦1100色谱系统,色谱柱为C18ODS柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水-甲醇-3.86%醋酸钠-4%醋酸(742:240:15:3),检测波长为254nm,进样量为15μl,流速为1ml/min。结果 头孢氨苄在1.83μg/ml~36.60μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9999,平均回收率为99.40%,RSD值为4.54%。结论 利用此方法测定头孢氨苄干混悬剂中头孢氨苄的含量准确可靠,灵敏度高,专属性强,可以满足质量控制的要求。 |

| Objective To establish the way of determining Cephalexin content in Cephalexin Suspension by HPLC.Methods C18 ODS(4.6×250mm, 5μm)column was used.The mobile phase consisted of water-methyl alcohol-3.86 sodium acetate buffer solution-4% dilute glacial acid(742:240:15:3).The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 254nm.Results The standard curve was linear in the concentration range of 1.83-36.60μg/ml.Linear regression equation was y=3.9161x+1.1818, r2=0.9998(n=6).The average recovery was 99.40% and RSD was 4.54%.Conclusion The method was stable, accurate, reproducible and highly sensitive.It can be used for determining the content of Cephalexin in Cephalexin Suspension. |
