| 目的 建立山东肿足蕨药材总三萜化合物的含量测定方法。方法 以齐墩果酸为对照品,以5%香草醛-冰醋酸溶液,浓硫酸为显色系统,采用紫外分光光度法测定总三萜化合物含量。结果 齐墩果酸在4.6~73.6μg/ml范围呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984),测定样品回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.1%。结论 该法简便、快速、灵敏,可作为测定山东肿足蕨药材三萜化合物的含量测定方法。 |

| Objective To establish a simple and accurate method for determination of total triterpenes in Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri.Methods With oleanolic acid as the standard the content of total triterpenes was measured by spectrophotometry with 5% vanillin-glacial acetic acid solution and sulfuric acid as developing agent and detected in Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuriand.Results The calibration curve of oleanolic acid had good linear relationship in the range of 4.6~73.6μg/ml(r=0.9984), and the average recovery was 100.6% with RSD 1.1%.Conclusion The method is simple, easy and reproducible that could be used as determination of total triterpenes in Hypodematium sinense Iwatsuri. |
