| 目的 了解济宁市手足口病的流行病学特征及其流行趋势,为下一步防控措施的制定提供有力依据。方法 根据地区特征和医院性质,采取分层抽样的方式收集济宁市8所医院及其社区服务中心新发手足口病例3212例,进行流行病学特征分析。结果 发病年龄集中于4岁以下儿童(占93.6%);散居儿童(2798例)和幼托儿童(333例)发病较多,分别占87.1%和10.4%;男性患儿多于女性,男女比例为2.12:1;5月份为发病高峰月份;病例主要分布在农村(占86.6%)。结论 济宁市手足口病的流行重点人群为4岁以下农村散居儿童,应加强对农村居民的宣传教育工作,防止暴发流行。 |

| Objective To study the epidemiogogical characteristics and epidemiological trend of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Jining and provide preventive measures for HFMD control.Methods Using stratified sampling 3212 patients from 8 hospitals and community service center in Jining were collected according to area characteristics and hospital characteristics for analysis of epidemiological characteristics.Results The proportion of male and female was 2.12:1 and 93.6% HFMD patients were children under 4 years old.87.1% and 10.4% patients were scattered children(2798) and kindergarten children(333) respectively.The month of high incidence was in May, and 86.6% patients were from countryside.Conclusion The major population of HFMD control was scattered children under 4 years old in countryside.The propaganda and education on the knowledge of releant HFMD should be taken in rural residents to prevent the epidemic outbreak. |
