| 目的 探讨慢性硬膜下血肿复发与术后引流时间的关系。方法 对患双侧慢性硬膜下血肿,接受钻孔引流手术治疗并且两侧引流时间不相等、术后血肿复发的病例进行回顾性研究,分析影响慢性硬膜下血肿复发的影响因素。结果 7例符合条件的病例中,6例血肿复发侧引流时间< 3 d,1例血肿复发侧引流时间> 3 d。引流< 3 d的血肿复发率明显高于引流3 d以上的血肿复发率,两组间复发率具有显著性差异。结论 慢性硬膜下血肿钻孔引流术后的引流时间与血肿复发具有显著相关性。 |

| Objective We made a retrospectively investigation on the patients with bilateral chronic subdural hematomas(CSH) to make a further study on the relationship of the duration of drainage and recurrence rate of CSH.Methods The medical records of 7 consecutive patients were investigated, who with bilateral chronic subdural hematomas with difference duration of drainage after operation in the both hematomas got recurrence after surgery.Results Among the 7 patients, 6 patients with less than 3 days of drainage got recurrence after surgery, only 1 patient with more than 3 days of drainage got recurrence.The difference was significant.Conclusion Prolonged drainage is significantly related to the recurrence rate of CSH. |
