目的 进行不同品系家蝇酚氧化酶基因表达量差异的分析研究。方法 根据酚氧化酶基因序列设计引物扩增基因片段,荧光定量PCR检测在家蝇抗性品系、敏感品系、现场采集品系家蝇体内酚氧化酶的表达水平差异。结果 酚氧化酶基因在抗性品系蝇体内的表达量是敏感品系的13.38倍,现场品系是敏感品系的6.24倍。结论 家蝇酚氧化酶基因可作为新的抗性检测及治理基因靶标。 |

Objective The phenol oxidase gene expression levels in different stains of Musca domestica were analyzed.Methods Primers were designed on the basis of phenol oxidase sequence, the expression level differences between resistant strain, sensitive strain and local strain of Musca domestica were detected with fluorescence quantitative PCR.Results The phenol oxidase gene of Musca domestica resistant strain is 13.38 times as high as that of sensitive strain, while the expression level of local strain is 6.24 times as high as that of sensitive strain.Conclusion Musca domestica phenol oxidase gene can be used as a new gene target for resistance detection and treatment. |
