目的 制备羧甲基纤维素钠/丙烯酰胺/Mg-Al LDH纳米水凝胶(简称纳米水凝胶),并探讨其在不同pH值条件下的溶胀率。方法 以丙烯酰胺,羧甲基纤维素(CMC),层状双金属化合物(LDH)为原料,过氧二硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,通过自由基结合的方法合成水凝胶,并采用傅里叶红外分光光度计进行表征,采用接触角测定仪测定了水凝胶的接触角,并通过在不同pH值水溶液中的溶胀试验,测定其溶胀率。结果 制备纳米水凝胶的最佳条件是2 g CMC,0.2 g LDH,1 g丙烯酰胺,0.4 g APS,0.08 g MBA,在此条件下制备的纳米水凝胶具有最大溶胀率,pH敏感性实验显示,合成的水凝胶在pH=8时溶胀率最高。结论 羧甲基纤维素钠/丙烯酰胺/Mg-Al LDH纳米水凝胶作为药物载体对药物在不同PH值下的释放有一定的指导意义。 |

Objective To prepare sodium carboxymethyl cellulose/acrylamide/Mg-Al LDH nanohydrogel and study their swelling ratios at different pH values. Methods The nano hydrogels was synthesized with acrylamide (AM),carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and layered bimetallic compounds as raw material,ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS) as initiator,and methylene bisacrylamide (MBA) as crosslinking agent,by free radical binding,and it was characterized by the Fourier infrared spectrophotometer.The contact Angle of hydrogle measured by contact Angle tester,and swelling rate was determined by swelling test in aqueous solutions of different pH values. Results The optimum conditions for preparing nano hydrogels were 2 g CMC,0.2 g LDH,1 g acrylamide,0.4 g APS,0.08 g MBA,and the nanosels prepared under these conditions had the maximum swelling rate.The maximum swelling rate of the synthesized hydrogel was at pH=8 under the conditions of different pH values. Conclusion Carboxymethyl polyacrylamide Mg-Al LDH nano hydrogel as drug carrier has certain guiding significance for the release of drugs at different pH values. |
