      目的 利用罗丹明B荧光淬灭高灵敏度检测湖水中铅离子(Pb2+)。方法 基于配位作用,罗丹明B与Pb2+结合后,在577 nm处的荧光强度显著降低。通过优化实验条件,记录荧光强度变化,建立荧光强度与Pb2+浓度的线性关系,并评价其在实际样品检测中的准确性和可靠性。结果 Pb2+在45~55 μg/mL浓度范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=-25.8761x+3 265.9653,相关系数R2为0.9 746,检出限为1 μg/mL。选择性试验表明,罗丹明B对Pb2+具有较高的选择性,其他常见金属离子(如K+、Mg2+、Mn2+、Na+、Zn2+等)对检测结果的干扰较小。在45 μg/mL和55 μg/mL 2个浓度水平下,平均回收率为93.40%~99.60%,相对标准偏差为0.99%~2.33%。结论 该方法操作便捷,样品处理简单,试剂用量少,选择性好,灵敏度高,能够快速、准确地检测湖水中的Pb2+,具有良好的实际应用潜力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a highly sensitive detection method for lead ions (Pb2+) in lake water using Rhodamine B fluorescence quenching. Methods Based on coordination interactions,the fluorescence intensity of Rhodamine B at 577nm significantly decreases upon binding with Pb2+.By optimizing experimental conditions and recording fluorescence intensity changes,a linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and Pb2+ concentration was established.The accuracy and reliability of the method for real sample detection were also evaluated. Results A good linear relationship between Pb2+ concentration and fluorescence intensity was observed in the range of 45~55μg/mL,with a linear equation of y=-25.8761x+3265.9653 and a correlation coefficient R2=0.9746.The detection limit was 1μg/mL.Selectivity tests showed that Rhodamine B exhibited high selectivity for Pb2+,with minimal interference from common metal ions (eg,K+,Mg2+,Mn2+,Na+,Zn2+).At spiked concentrations of 45μg/mL and 55μg/mL,the average recovery rate ranged from 93.40% to 99.60%,with relative standard deviations of 0.99%-2.33%. Conclusion This method is operationally simple,requires minimal sample preparation and reagent usage,and demonstrates excellent selectivity and sensitivity.It enables rapid and accurate detection of Pb2+ in lake water and shows strong potential for practical applications.
